Difinity Digital developed an AI-powered calling agent built on a secure, on-premise SIP infrastructure to comply with regional VoIP policies. The solution used a modular AI voice pipeline consisting of automatic speech recognition (ASR), voice activity detection (VAD), large language models (LLMs), and text-to-speech (TTS) components, enabling real-time, human-like conversations. Seamless CRM integration ensured verified leads were logged, tagged, and assigned for follow-ups instantly.
